Amsterdam Centre on the Legal Professions and Access to Justice

In addition to the research agenda of the individual employees, the ACLPA focuses on the following overarching research themes:

Focus Areas

  • Focus areas Rule of law and administration of justice in times of crisis;
  • responsive right;
  • Digitization and justice;
  • Professional ethics for lawyers;
  • access to justice;
  • Legal education and experiential learning (in close collaboration with the Amsterdam Law Practice (ALP), led by Dr. Anniek de Ruijter).
